Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and ensure accurate daily financial reporting. In this role, you'll assist guests with late check-ins, reconcile the days transactions, and prepare reports for management. Ideal candidates are organized, trustworthy, and enjoy working independently in a quiet, overnight setting. Base pay range
$16.00/hr - $16.00/hr Responsibilities
Be the key to hotel financial accuracy during the overnight hours, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled correctly. Audit guest accounts, process night audit reports, and assist with guest check-ins and checkouts. Report to the Front Office Manager or Director of Finance/Controller. Understand that a night auditor role can lead to opportunities in various hospitality paths, such as front office supervision/management or hotel accounting. Education & Experience
A high school diploma, a GED, or one year of hotel experience (hotel experience is a plus). Previous experience in a similar or related position. A combination of education and experience. What Youll Need to Succeed
