The Vice President, Global Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), is a dynamic and strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and executing global people strategies that drive business results and organizational success. Partnering with executive leadership, this position provides thought leadership, fosters high-performance, and ensures alignment between business objectives and people priorities across a multi-functional, global employee base. Key Responsibilities

Human Capital Plan and Execution: Lead the development and implementation of the business global human capital strategy to support performance and strategic growth. The human capital strategy includes the following Full understanding the business strategy and performance requirements and linkage to the actions in the Human Capital Plan Diagnosis of culture and capability gaps Workforce plan that identifies quality and quantity of talent required and how to close the gaps through hiring and development Talent assessment and plan for developing key capabilities in the business Plan to enhance workforce impact/productivity Strong and aligned goal setting Performance assessment and performance-aligned pay decisions Systemically driving employee engagement and retention Cost modeling and controls Risk assessment and mitigation Strategic Partnership: Be a strategic partner on the leadership team and to the BU leader, to maximize team effectiveness, set strategy, roadmap the plan, and drive execution Org Effectiveness and Change: Lead complex change initiatives such as organization re-design and integrations, and execute on change management Global HR Partnership: Partner with global HR operations and HR COEs to drive smooth operations and solve problems Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics to inform people-decisions, interpret workforce trends, and provide actionable insights to business leaders Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a global team of HR Business Partners, fostering their growth and development while maintaining consistent standards of excellence Qualifications and Competencies

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred. 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant global HRBP leadership roles in complex, matrixed environments. Experience in both operational and commercial areas of a global manufacturing business. Demonstrated expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations on a global scale. Strong HR functional capabilities with expertise in talent leadership Strong business acumen understands and enjoys the business-side of business, including financial literacy Proven capability in leading through change and managing critical transformations. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with a track record of building effective relationships at all levels. Practical knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Ability to travel internationally as needed.
