Full-time contract with potential to extend or convert to permanent
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM CST
Pay:
$17 to $19 per hour based on experience
Location
: San Antonio, TX 78257
Responsibilities of the Associate Patient Care Coordinator:
· Conduct telephonic outreach to schedule patients for annual screenings and health events.
· Verify demographic information, insurance eligibility, language, and ethnicity preferences.
· Make reminder calls, provide directions to event locations, and follow up on cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows.
· Enter call outcomes/dispositions into the system with 100% accuracy.
· Use approved call scripts and telephonic software for all outreach and inbound patient calls.
· Support providers by scheduling follow-up appointments and directing patient messages to the appropriate staff.
· Meet established daily productivity goals while providing excellent customer service.
· Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards.
Qualifications for the Associate Patient Care Coordinator:
· HS Diploma or GED required.
· Strong communication and customer service skills (phone and written).
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
· 1-2 years of related work experience with data entry preferred.
· Experience with EMR systems, ICD-10/CPT coding, and medical terminology preferred.

Pay Details:
$17.00 to $19.00 per hour
