Maintenance Technician

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a key role in keeping our production facility running smoothly and safely. You'll troubleshoot and repair a wide range of industrial systemsfrom PLCs and motor controls to pneumatics and mechanical equipmentensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. What You'll Do: Diagnose and repair issues with electrical, mechanical, and automated equipment Support setup, teardown, and maintenance of production machinery Troubleshoot PLCs, AC inverters, DC controllers, and motor control systems Perform repairs involving pneumatics, bearings, seals, gears, chains, and sprockets Use shop tools and machinery to complete repairs Coordinate with Operations, QA, and other teams to plan and execute maintenance work Communicate effectively across shifts to ensure smooth transitions and issue resolution Support Emergency Response Team with technical facility knowledge when needed Think critically and act like an ownerdriving improvements across the operation What You Bring: Proficiency in at least five of the following areas, with working knowledge of others: PLC troubleshooting Industrial electrical wiring and motor controls AC inverters and DC controllers Mechanical systems: pneumatics, seals, bearings, chains, sprockets Equipment setup, teardown, and repair Strong troubleshooting and communication skills A mindset for safety, quality, and continuous improvement What's in it for me?
