A Hotel Turndown Attendant is responsible for turning down beds, placing complimentary items, sets lights, and performs all other turn-down functions to ensure an inviting and restful environment for our Lodge guests. Swing Shift Available: 4:00pm - 12:00am What will you do as a Hotel Turndown Attendant?: A Hotel Turndown Attendant has the ability to follow all procedures and guidelines for a thorough room cleaning. Efficient note taking skills on guest preferences. These preferences are reported to the Housekeeper Supervisor. Providing excellent guest service with every interaction. To be successful as a Hotel Turndown Attendant, you'll need: Prior cleaning experience required. Must have prior guest contact experience. Must be able to use a Smartphone The ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time and to lift up to 50 pounds.
