Overview
Talent Acquisition Specialist at Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc. The role is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, sourcing, screening, and preparing candidates for interviews with hiring managers. You may conduct final interviews and will be the public face of the company during the recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding, including offering compensation packages. You will maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends, and recruitment standards, and act as the iCims System Administrator. Responsibilities
Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to identify and recruit candidates Identify key performance factors, develop sourcing pools, and establish interviewing criteria Create applicant pools and talent pipelines via job ads, social media, state agencies, professional associations, referrals, career fairs, and college recruitment Evaluate applications, review resumes, and complete initial phone interviews Recommend top candidates for in-person interviews Fill open positions through sourcing activities Plan and develop strategies to anticipate future employment needs Design and manage recruitment and selection processes Represent the company at events to network and build candidate relationships Counsel candidates on benefits, salary, non-compete agreements, and corporate environment Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates Manage candidate pools to keep qualified candidates engaged Develop creative approaches to address talent acquisition challenges Suggest improvements to talent acquisition activities Research talent acquisition trends Create accounts and manage access in iCims; train users on functionalities; troubleshoot issues Develop dashboards, metrics, and automated data reporting Keep job postings, logins, reports, and security measures updated in iCims Conduct trainings on recruitment and iCims; train new hires and staff on the recruitment process Qualifications Skills & Requirements
In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods Experience with an ATS, preferably iCims Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills Effective presentation and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize workload Creative thinker and proactive problem solver Compensation & Benefits

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or 7 years of direct talent acquisition experience 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist preferred Physical Requirements
