Market-Rate Community
of 403 units in
Smyrna, Georgia . Schedule:

Full-Time Job Description Summary
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing out community apartments and assisting tenants with their needs. Responsibilities include meeting with prospective tenants to determine lease terms, receiving security deposits, coordinating with current tenants on lease changes, and promoting the business. Responsibilities
Answer telephones and provide leasing information, schedule tours, take maintenance requests, assist residents, etc. Greet prospects, determine their needs, show models and vacant apartments, collect applications and deposits, explain lease terms, and prepare lease agreements. Prepare move-in packets upon application approval. Review and explain community policies, lease details, and move-in procedures to residents. Walk residents through move-in procedures, complete inventory sheets, and secure signatures before keys are handed over. Conduct outreach marketing and weekly market surveys as directed by the Property Manager. Work to increase resident retention through participation in resident events and other efforts. Maintain the cleanliness of the office environment. Follow up on work orders and resident requests. Requirements
High School Diploma and 1-2 years of experience in residential services, customer service, or sales, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in marketing, sales, and customer service. Experience with Bluemoon, Yieldstart (preferred), and Onsite or Yardi (CRM, Voyager, P2P) is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Availability to cover weekend shifts in the leasing office as needed. For more information, please visit our website.
