Engineer
Join the team that powers the future of energy! We're building cutting-edge systems that deliver reliable power directly to hyperscale data centers; fast-moving, high-impact projects that define the future of energy. Systems that integrate natural gas generation, advanced controls, and high-voltage technologies like gas turbines, reciprocating engines, battery energy storage systems, and distributed control systems to keep critical infrastructure online. As an Engineer, you design and integrate generation, controls, and medium/high-voltage systems that make on-site power work for hyperscale clients. Responsibilities/Expectations: Designs and integrates generation, controls, and medium/high-voltage systems for BTM power plants Produces engineering deliverables, including calculations, one-lines, protection settings, P&IDs, specifications, and IFC packages Plans and supports testing and commissioning, analyzes results, and closes punch items to meet start-up targets Anticipates stakeholder needs, frames requirements, and recommends options with clear trade-offs Improves products and processes by interpreting business and technical constraints and applying lessons learned Collaborates with Operations, Safety, and Project Controls to maintain compliance and targeted training plans Champions procedures and safety standards in design reviews, vendor meetings, and field activities Tracks cost and schedule for assigned engineering scopes and manages vendor deliverables and resources Prepares and delivers clear technical presentations to leaders, partners, and clients May supervise the work of others on specific tasks or work packages Other duties as assigned Education/Years of Experience: Engineer II:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; A minimum of two (2) years of engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry Engineer III:
