One or more of the following must-have skill-sets: Expertise in 3GPP architectures, protocol layers, and interfaces, along with systems implementation experience Expertise in applying AI/ML for network optimization and management Strong publication record It would be nice if you also had: Demonstrated research experience and results Ability to identify upcoming research trends and directions with a focus on maximizing impact Responsibilities
As a part of our team, you will: Be involved in the following key activities: 3GPP, AI-RAN, O-RAN systems design for the next generation (6G and beyond) Applied ML for network optimization use cases Implementation of innovative ideas and solutions within real-world cellular systems (e.g., OpenAirInterface, etc.) Hands-on testing and validation within the lab Paper submissions to top-tier venues, along with patent filings
