Qualifications:
Proven supervisory experience in food service, showcasing leadership, team management, and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to enhance the dining experience for staff and customers. Proficiency in dining facility operations, including food prep, service standards, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Aptitude for problem-solving, decision-making, and maintaining smooth operations. Adaptability in managing staff and operations within a fast-paced dining environment, handling changing priorities and diverse situations. Who We Are: The
