Were looking for an experienced Recruiter to spearhead talent acquisition for our Sales teams. This is a high-impact role where youll shape the way we identify, attract, and hire people who elevate revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. Youll collaborate with senior leaders to anticipate workforce needs, design sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through a best-in-class hiring journey. What Youll Do
Drive the entire recruiting process for high-volume positions. Create and execute talent strategies to meet aggressive growth goals while improving quality-of-hire and time-to-fill metrics. Build lasting pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, events, and creative recruitment marketing initiatives. Partner with executives and hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and adapt plans as the business evolves. Use data and market intelligence to refine outreach channels and optimize recruiting operations. Lead or support large-scale hiring initiatives, seasonal ramp-ups, or employer brand campaigns. Ensure consistent, positive candidate experiences while maintaining accurate data in ATS/CRM platforms. Uphold compliance standards and promote equitable hiring practices across all activities. What You Bring
Bachelors Degree required. Minimum 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales positions. Proven ability to scale teams rapidly in fast-moving or high-growth settings. Mastery of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, research, and cold outreach. Adept at building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers. Proficiency in applicant tracking and talent management systems (e.g., iCIMS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed). Skilled at using analytics to guide decisions and improve recruiting performance. Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation abilities. Comfortable thriving in an environment where priorities shift quickly. Seniority level
