As a Program Cost Control - Level 3 (Principal) in Redondo Beach, CA you will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security. Ready to join forces with our visionary team? Our Program Cost Control Analyst will help prepare budgets and schedules for contract work and assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlooks, cash forecasting and variance analysis. You will also work to ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation for expenditure projections and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government. Please note: Top-Secret Clearance and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information access (SCI) at time of application is a requirement to qualify for this position. There are no exceptions. Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept: Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management, fact-finding and negotiation support Perform analysis and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/ assessment and visibility reports, development and analysis of estimates to complete Partner with business and technical managers to report profitability of the program Other duties as assigned Why You? Your Expertise - Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration with 5+ years of stated professional experience - OR - Master's degree with 3+ years of stated professional experience Experience with financial analysis or reporting Experience with Earned Value Management Experience with MS Office Suite Requires active Top-Secret Clearance and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information access (SCI) at time of application Earned Value Management (EVM) experience Experience with FAR/DFAR
