Travel Requirements: BSN required CNOR required Minimum 2 years of current OR RN experience Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred Must have valid MA RN license (Nursys) BLS (AHA) required Must have own vehicle Cannot reside within 50 miles of the facility Additional Details: Facility-provided scrubs 8-bed unit On-call rotation (call-back, holiday, and OT multipliers: 1.25x) Holiday coverage required (must work 2 of the following: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) Orientation: 8 hours non-billable COVID vaccination required
(dose on/after 10/3/23) - exemptions accepted with provider/religious leader signature, traveler must mask at all times if exempt RTO:
Maximum 5 days, must be submitted at profile upload (no changes after submission) Must provide
