Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Cost Control Engineer, with estimating experience in railway/tunnel/road/highway/heavy civil construction projects. Proficiency in cost management software and MS Excel. Strong analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills. Experience with DOT/MTA projects is a plus. Employment type
