Overview
The HR Business Partner will support Finance, IT, and Supply Chain by driving HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and business results. This role partners with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver programs in talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, rewards, and organizational effectiveness. Both hands-on and strategic contributions are required, working closely with HRBPs and COE leaders to align people priorities, strengthen communication, and build team engagement. Location
Minneapolis. Client is moving to Dayton, MN in 2027 Salary & Benefits
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000/yr (no bonus offered) Benefits: Employees receive comprehensive healthcare, including medical, dental, vision, and life/disability coverage. Roles & Responsibilities Provide strategic HR guidance to mid-level managers and employees on people and business issues Execute HR processes (compensation, performance, talent planning) with clear communication and positive stakeholder experience Drive employee engagement and retention through data-driven strategies, coaching, and resolving employee relations issues Support job architecture, talent development, recruiting strategies, and broader HR initiatives
HRBP Enablement
Collaborate with COEs to execute HR programs and initiatives, gather HRBP feedback, and promote best practices Develop and maintain HRBP tools, processes, and resources to increase efficiency and consistency Partner on designing and implementing new talent-related processes and approaches
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, industrial relations, business, or related field 7+ years in HR business partnering or HR service delivery Skilled in data analysis, AI tools, Workday/HRIS, Excel, and PowerPoint Results-driven with strong ownership, urgency, and business acumen Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills Sound judgment and the ability to build credible relationships quickly
