JOB SUMMARY
Parking Attendants are responsible for daily setup/tear down of the resort parking lots and directing guests to appropriate parking spots that result in the most effective use of space.
RESPONSIBILITIES Daily set up/tear down of parking lot according to the directions of the Parking Lot Manager Responsible for directing resort guests to appropriate parking spaces that result in the most effective use of space in all parking lots Keeping the parking lot and surrounding areas clean and trash-free Daily trash collection from all outdoor trash bins Providing excellent customer service as the guest's first point of contact upon arriving at the resort Responsible for snow removal on pathways and stair cases leading to the lodge EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/ SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
Excellent English communication skills Ability to work independently and in a professional manner Ability to observe and apply all applicable safety standards Excellent customer service skills Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize tasks Using logic and reasoning to offer solutions to problems Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and perform snow removal as needed Marginal Duties & Responsibilities
Clarify expectations and seek additional training as needed Provide basic assistance to guests with car troubles Provide knowledgeable information about the resort to inquiring guests Use SNOWsat to check equipment in and out (e.g. snowcats, snowmobiles, and rangers) Report any suspicious mechanical issues or abnormal performance of equipment to the Vehicle Maintenance department via SNOWsat.
