Nursing Supervisor
to lead and support our nursing team, ensuring our residents receive exceptional care. This is a
Monday-Friday shift
from
3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
and on call one weekend a month.
What You'll Do: Supervise and guide
a team of nursing professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care. Work with the healthcare team to develop and implement
personalized care plans . Ensure
compliance with healthcare regulations , safety protocols, and best practices. Provide
training and support
to nursing staff, promoting their growth and success. Foster a positive,
collaborative environment
for both staff and residents. Who You Are:
A dedicated
RN or LPN
with an active, valid license. A
natural leader
with experience in nursing supervision or a similar role. Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to providing
excellent patient care . A strong communicator with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team. Familiar with
healthcare regulations

Qualifications:
Currently licensed as LPN/RN in Virginia. One-year prior nursing management experience preferred.
