HR Business Partner

acts as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing proactive analysis and support of their business issues and the impact on associates. Participate in business planning to understand the current and future business situation, assess the impact on HR matters, and proactively implement plans to address HR topics. Act as the primary contact and advocate for associates with a focus on development and satisfaction. Use people analytics to make decisions, improve engagement, and retain talent. Key Responsibilities

HR Consulting: Provide consultation to management on business issues to assess the HR impact on current and future plans, forming an informed foundation for decisions. Develop mitigating HR strategies to support profitability and success. Employee Relations: Communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations; coach leadership in policy interpretation and enforcement; conduct investigatory, termination, and disciplinary meetings as needed. Compensation: Guide leadership during the annual salary review; collaborate with the corporate center of excellence to interpret and implement. Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition: Plan staffing needs aligned with the annual business plan; address short and long-term gaps; partner with Talent Acquisition on college relations, recruitment, onboarding, and orientation optimization. Training and Development: Assess gaps from performance reviews to determine future training needs; identify, source, and conduct trainings and team-building workshops. Other: Complete special assignments and projects; work with key team members to enhance engagement and champion diversity. Benefits

Salary range: The expected base pay for this role is between $80,000 and $113,000 per year, with individual determination based on experience. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field required. 35 years of experience as an HR Partner with solid HR Generalist experience; 5+ years preferred (E3/E4). Hands-on approach with a desire to impact the business. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; excellent verbal and written communication skills. High integrity and confidentiality; self-starter, flexible, and proactive. Ability to partner with diverse teams and levels within the organization; manage multiple priorities; strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; data and digital literacy; HR data analysis experience preferred. Knowledge/experience in employment law, compensation, recruitment, training & development, and employee relations preferred; HR certification preferred. Additional Information
