Based in Ft Lauderdale, FL Your Role as a Clinical Manager, RN: Supervise home health services to ensure patients receive high-quality care as prescribed by physicians. Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare, federal, insurance, and company guidelines. Follow and enforce agency policies and procedures to set a strong example for the team. Maintain compliance with accepted professional standards, principles, and Standard Operating Procedures. Stay up to date on all relevant guidelines, policies, and protocols to support quality care.
Qualifications:
An unencumbered Florida Nursing License (required). Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required). Willingness to travel as needed to support patient care and team operations. Two years of experience as an RN in acute care, med/surg, ICU, or ER settings (required). One year of experience in skilled, geriatric home health care with proficiency in Medicare OASIS documentation (required).
