Create is hiring a VP/SVP of Brand Marketing to define and scale the next era of the most trusted creatine brand. This senior leadership role owns brand strategy, creative, and marketing across channels—digital, retail, and beyond—driving both cultural relevance and retail growth. You’ll report to the CEO and lead a growing team of marketers, creatives, and community leaders, shaping how millions experience Create. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Positioning:

Set and evolve Create’s brand architecture, voice, and visual identity. Build cultural relevance through earned media, social, and partnerships with athletes and wellness leaders. Retail Marketing & Growth:

Lead marketing strategy for national retailers—pricing, promotions, shelf displays, and circulars. Guide price-pack architecture and manage packaging design updates. Creative & Content Leadership:

Oversee brand voice, copy, and creative direction across campaigns, digital, and retail. Insights & Data:

Leverage consumer research and retail data (e.g., Nielsen, dunnhumby) to shape strategy and measure impact. Team Leadership:

Build and mentor a high-performing brand team and work cross-functionally with Growth and Ops to align messaging and execution. Requirements 10–20 years in CPG brand marketing, ideally in food, beverage, or vitamins/minerals/supplements (VMS). Proven success leading marketing for high-growth brands with significant brick-and-mortar revenue (Target, Costco, Kroger, etc.). Track record of scaling a disruptive brand 5x+ during your tenure. Experience redefining brand positioning—not just running campaigns. Expertise in packaging redesigns, price-pack architecture, and consumer/retail data.
