Mechanical Maintenance Technician
Streamline Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician. This role is responsible for performing installations, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining operations facility equipment including pumps, valves, and other natural gas production equipment according to company standards and safety. The Mechanical Maintenance Technician will actively participate in daily maintenance activities. Duties Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly operational equipment Interact with the CMMS system to record detailed repair and maintenance information Diagnose problems, replace parts, test, and adjust mechanical systems Dismantle machine and remove parts for repair using hand tools, chain falls jacks, cranes, or hoists Install, replace, or change machine parts and attachments, according to production specifications Collaborate with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipment Ability to understand basic knowledge of compressors, blowers, pumps, valves, and other oil field equipment Transport machine parts, tools, equipment, and other material between work areas and warehouses Perform preventative maintenance according to manufacture's specifications Competencies Excellent organizational and communication skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Proactive, recognize problems and improvements needed Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level Flexible and adaptable as a critical member of a growing organization Must be self-motivated and able to work independently Must show consistent professionalism and good judgment Team player Must be safety and environmentally conscious Must work well with all types of personalities Must be punctual and willing to work long hours if needed
