You’ll have a dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents. Our inside sales team qualifies opportunities and books them on your calendar, handling showings and related details.

We’re looking for the best agents who put clients first and are driven to win in their careers. Active and unrestricted real estate license
Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience (or related real estate experience) with a track record of closing transactions.
You are a trusted advisor guiding clients through buying and selling processes
Proven ability to win web leads, close deals, and generate referral business
Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
You embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently
The compensation information below is provided in compliance with applicable job posting disclosure requirements. This is a commission-based role with unlimited upside. Commissions are expected to range from $30,000 to $1,250,000, with average earnings around $165,000 and uncapped potential.
