firstPRO is now accepting resumes for a Systems Administrator role in North Reading, MA. This position is heavily focused on ERP systems especially NetSuite. This is a direct hire role and onsite 3 days per week. What Youll Do
What Youll Do: Youll serve as the backbone of our internal technology infrastructure. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role that combines systems architecture, business process optimization, and data security. Youll report into the technology lead while working closely with Operations and Accounting to ensure our systems run seamlessly and securely. How Youll Do It
IT Systems Management: Manage and maintain internal systems ecosystem, including NetSuite, Celigo, Shopify, our third-party warehouse system, SPS Commerce (EDI), and other smaller connected systems, ensuring that all systems are secure, well-integrated, and operating efficiently. Design, build, and optimize scalable system architectures that can adapt to evolving business needs and support cross-departmental growth in Finance, Operations, Sales, and beyond. Ensure uptime, reliability, and performance of all business-critical applications and SaaS platforms through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and vendor management. Lead initiatives around systems access and security, including user provisioning, permissions management, and data governance, to safeguard information and streamline the employee experience.
