The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of transactional experience in commercial real estate and/or commercial finance, with expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, development, or lending transactions. Healthcare or specialty finance experience is preferred.
Duties
Engage in transactional work in commercial real estate and finance. Handle acquisitions, dispositions, development, and lending transactions. Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive legal solutions. Requirements
3-5 years of relevant transactional experience. Experience in commercial real estate and/or finance. Healthcare or specialty finance experience preferred. Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Superior academic credentials from an accredited law school. Education
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Certifications
Bar admission in the state of Alabama or eligibility for admission. Skills
