We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy

Supply Chain Systems Analyst

to support and enhance our supply chain technology infrastructure. This role will focus on optimizing the performance of supply chain systems, ensuring data accuracy, and leveraging SQL and data analytics to drive process improvement. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of supply chain operations and is highly proficient in working with relational databases, ERP systems, and reporting tools. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, maintain, and enhance supply chain systems including ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze supply chain data. Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into supply chain performance (inventory, logistics, procurement, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, operations, logistics, IT) to identify and resolve system or data-related issues. Manage data integrity, support data migration projects, and troubleshoot data anomalies. Document system configurations, process flows, and reporting logic. Support implementation of new supply chain technologies and participate in system integrations or upgrades. Recommend and support automation or digitization initiatives across the supply chain. Train and support users on supply chain systems and tools. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in supply chain systems, analytics, or IT support. Proficient in SQL (e.g., writing joins, subqueries, stored procedures). Strong understanding of supply chain functions such as inventory management, procurement, and logistics. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and/or WMS/TMS platforms. Strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with scripting languages (Python, VBA) is a plus. Knowledge of EDI, APIs, or system integration methods. Familiarity with Agile or project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana). Experience in a manufacturing, retail, or distribution environment. Why Join Us?
