Apply Today! Featured Position: Job Overview: Trillium Drivers is currently seeking a Class A CDL Truck Operator! In this role, you will serve as a floater for our team, stepping in for drivers on vacation or PTO. Your primary responsibility will involve delivering goods to various food distribution centers. Responsibilities include: Unloading 20-30% of loads using an electric pallet jack. Following diverse routes that change weekly. Working with a flexible schedule to accommodate team needs. Example Routes: Route 1: Depart Sunday to Dallas for Monday delivery, then Oklahoma City on Tuesday, followed by Little Rock and Memphis on Wednesday, returning to Houston on Thursday. Route 2: Depart Sunday to Amarillo for Mondays, Albuquerque NM on Tuesday, Lubbock on Wednesday, and potentially a backhaul before returning to Houston on Thursday. Route 3: Sunday departure to Alabama, Monday delivery, followed by Atlanta on Tuesday, Nashville and Memphis on Wednesday, and back to Houston on Thursday. Route 4: Depart Sunday for Longview and Tyler, and then Austin on Tuesday, followed by a day delivery to San Antonio on Wednesday before returning to Houston. Route 5: Depart Sunday for Dallas, with overnight stays possible for additional deliveries, then local deliveries throughout the week. Typical Weekly Schedule: Your usual workweek will involve coming in at 3 PM on Monday for an overnight delivery to Baton Rouge, handling unloading after arrival. You will return to Houston early Tuesday morning and have a day off. Wednesday through Friday, you'll perform local deliveries or fill in for customer orders as needed. Compensation: This position offers $25/hour, with overtime after 40 hours and weekly pay. Benefits, including medical, vision, dental, and 401k, are available. Requirements: Must hold a Class A CDL license with at least one year of verified driving experience. Clean driving record and background check with no serious offenses in the last five years.
