TEKsystems is looking for a Security Architect for a client in the Columbus, OH area. This role focuses on designing and supporting identity and access management for large-scale enterprises. The successful candidate will partner with application owners and enterprise service providers to design identity and access management controls for both internally and externally hosted applications. This position is 50% security architecture, 30% technical leadership, and 20% research and development. The individual will work with project delivery and enterprise architecture teams to set standards, provide leadership, and act as the final approval from a security perspective on projects and standards. They will serve as a subject matter expert with strong understanding of product roadmaps, trends, and industry practices. The role requires the ability to work with leaders and team members at all levels and across functional lines, demonstrating effective verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, and strategic thinking. Responsibilities

Design and support identity and access management for large-scale enterprises. Partner with application owners and enterprise service providers to design IAM controls for internally and externally hosted applications. Set standards and provide security leadership on projects and standards; act as the final security approval. Engage with project delivery and enterprise architecture teams; stay informed on product roadmaps, trends, and industry practices. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree 7 years of information security experience, including: 4+ years of cybersecurity architecture 7 years of experience delivering technology solutions in large-scale complex organizations Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing federated identity systems, directory services, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication, and SSO Expert knowledge of authentication and authorization standards (e.g., SAML, OAUTH, NTLM, LDAP, Kerberos, PKI, XACML) Strong working experience with Microsoft Active Directory and NetIQ products Ability to develop end-to-end security and technology control solutions across platforms, applications, data, and networks Experience applying IAM principles across multiple applications or component families Knowledge of diverse platforms and operating systems, including current and emerging technologies Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of an organization Experience influencing management on technical or business solutions Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and bring activities to closure Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification Experience architecting security solutions for financial services corporations Familiarity with financial services compliance regulations and IT frameworks and standards Additional Skills & Qualifications

Direct hands-on experience with enterprise identity products such as Ping, SailPoint, IBM identity products, CyberArk, Delinea, etc. Example project: Ping migration currently ongoing Open to all of Huntington's footprint. The team is on a waitlist for 4 days hybrid due to desk availability, so remote work is possible until real estate is figured out. Interview process: One round with Bob and one team member, followed by a second round with cyber peers, and a final step with the director. Salary: $140K - $160K; Bonus potential 20% Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
