About The Role The Global Human Resources Service Center (GHRSC) Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operational aspects of the programs, policies, and processes of FTIs key HR transactions including new hires, terminations, employment status/job data changes, benefits processes, and the data integrity of the HR systems. A successful GHRSC Associate candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for measuring results through data and metrics. They should also demonstrate the ability to; Multitask in a highly dynamic environment

Manage work to meet deadlines

Be adaptable according to the changing needs and priorities of the organization

Handle multiple ranges of tasks, projects and deliverables with wide latitude for independent judgement and initiative

What Youll Do Provide first-level support to employees, HR business partners and managers on daily inquiries and transactional requests leveraging our case management tool, ServiceNow

Support employee lifecycle transactional processing from hire through retire for our global employee base

Provide end-to-end onboarding and offboarding support

Have responsibilities for system support and troubleshooting, including our automated onboarding system, leave management tool, time recording system, performance appraisal system and eLearning management system

Provide support for other HR programs/processes including but not limited to; contractors, benefits, supplemental payment, leave of absence, immigration/visa, employee verification, background checks, probation, invoice processing and vendors

Create documentation for job data changes and maintain Human Resource Information System records in a document management system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality

Deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting across all HR systems as requested by the business

Provide analytical support for compliance auditing efforts

Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations concerning employment

Document process changes and create and maintain knowledge articles for global processes

Contribute to and maintain our HR information knowledge base, to include FAQs, quick reference guides, knowledge articles and operations manuals

Co-lead small to medium HR projects and oversee related change management

Provide support to recurring ad hoc processes and projects

What You Will Need To Succeed Basic Qualifications : Bachelors degree in related field

2+ years of relevant post-graduate professional experience with exposure to HR processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Ability to travel to clients and FTI Office(s) as needed

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; the employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas

Preferred Skills: Experience across multiple HR functions including HR operations, benefits, compensation, talent development and recruiting

Experience with CRM Software (e.g. ServiceNow), HCM Software (e.g. PeopleSoft), SAP, Learning Management System (e.g. SABA), Onboarding platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors Onboarding), Performance Management system (e.g. Career Navigator), or Leave Management system (e.g. TeamSeer)

Experience troubleshooting across multiple platforms/systems

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.)
