Our Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain Internship/Co-Op Program is a comprehensive learning and professional experience in the supply chain network at one of the worlds leading health care companies. Your application and area of interest will be used to determine which one of our many exciting positions best fit for you. Internship positions are full-time opportunities expecting to run May 11th, 2026 Aug 14th, 2026. For Co-op positions, they are expected to start Jan 12th, 2026 Jun 26th 2026. This opportunity provides valuable industry skills and professional development, including practical experience across Johnson & Johnsons supply chain in addition to project management enhancement and networking with industry professionals. Our opportunities offer the chance to work in sectors across Innovative Medicine, MedTech, and Corporate/Enterprise in potential areas such as: Supply Chain Planning & Management Quality Engineering & Risk Management Project Management Distribution, Customer Experience & Logistics Enterprise Quality Process Engineering & Operations Enterprise Contract Management Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft and Google Software Familiarity with basic statistics concepts/terminology Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills, technical skills, and business comprehension Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while executing results Must be a self-starter, detailed oriented, eager to learn, and able to work independently with minimal direction Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities Qualifications: Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required. Be currently enrolled at an accredited university and a degree, with a graduation date not before the contract end date or August, 2026. Preferred majors include Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical, Electrical, Computer/Software), Supply Chain, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field. Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework. Have a passion for healthcare. Ability to work full time (40 hours a week) as well as on site if the position requires it. Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidates program year, discipline, degree, and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension).
