Position Summary
Under the direction of the Practice Operations Manager and Director of Practice Operations, the Practice Manager is primarily responsible for daily operations of the ENT/Otolaryngology clinical practices, including offsites, overseeing the practice administrators. Focus will be on front-end practice operations including reception, check-in/out, serving as primary liaison with CRO Authorization team, and ensuring adherence to workflows related to insurance verification, registration, referrals, and authorizations. Responsibilities Supervise and direct all administrative front-end staff, including performance management, policy review, and disciplinary actions with the Practice Administrator. Maintain time-off requests and ensure coverage for practice administrators. Troubleshoot issues, streamline processes, and enhance workflows to improve patient experience. Collaborate with Phoenix to optimize EPIC templates and workflows. Monitor front-end metrics and support the team in achieving access, queue management, and billing goals. Ensure compliance with EPIC, registration, and workflow policies. Coordinate with CRO Auth Team for seamless order and referral workflows, reducing denials and write-offs. Work with revenue and finance teams to resolve insurance registration issues and ensure timely billing and payments. Engage with providers to review practices, initiatives, and workflows. Review workflows at practice locations with management. Order supplies, manage payroll, troubleshoot IT issues, and oversee facilities. Improve patient satisfaction scores through surveys and practice changes. Address patient complaints in collaboration with patient relations and physicians. Coordinate with HR for timely submission of HR-related deliverables. Provide cross-coverage as needed and complete special projects. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, billing, and safety guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 4 years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Four years of healthcare experience. Surgical scheduling experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
