to join our growing team. The

Recruiter

will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts, primarily focused on high-volume administrative and light industrial positions. Oak Forest/Greater Heights area Recruiter Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates. Recruit for high-volume administrative and/or light industrial roles. Utilize job boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn to source candidates. Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client hiring needs. Communicate effectively with clients and candidates, ensuring excellent service throughout the hiring process. Meet recruiting goals and deadlines in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to support long-term partnerships. Other duties as assigned. Recruiter Skills and Abilities: Strong sales mentality with the drive to meet and exceed goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred. Strong computer proficiency; tech-savvy and comfortable working with multiple platforms. Extremely resourceful with a proactive, high-energy, positive, can-do attitude. Ability to multitask and thrive under tight deadlines. Team player with a professional and positive attitude. Entrepreneurial mindset. Recruiter Education and Experience: Bachelors degree required. 1+ years of recruiting experience required, preferably in high-volume administrative or light industrial staffing. Staffing or recruiting agency experience strongly preferred. Experience with ATS and CRM systems. Experience with AI tools. Experience sourcing candidates through job boards and online recruiting tools. Recruiter
