Specialist, Co-Console
Venture Global LNG ("Venture Global") is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company's two Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, Venture Global's modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with completions teams to design, build, and implement future Co-Console projects, including defining milestones, work packages, forms, and mobile tasks for construction, commissioning, and handover phases. Conduct thorough audits of existing Co-Console projects to identify inefficiencies, compliance issues, and opportunities for improvement, ensuring accurate tracking of progress and resource allocation. Troubleshoot system issues in real-time, diagnosing problems related to data logging, issue tracking, reporting, and integration to minimize disruptions in completions operations. Program and configure Co-Console systems, customizing workflows, scripts, and interfaces to meet project-specific needs, including integration with mobile devices for on-site execution. Provide technical support and training to team members on Co-Console functionalities, best practices, and updates to enhance user adoption and system efficiency. Generate and analyze reports on project progress, issues, and performance metrics using Co-Console's centralized tools to support data-driven decision-making. Stay current with industry advancements in commissioning and completions software, recommending enhancements to align with evolving energy sector requirements. Ensure all activities comply with safety, regulatory, and company standards in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Required Qualifications
Significant years of experience as a Co-Console SME, Completions System Specialist, or in a similar role managing commissioning and completions software in the energy, oil, or gas industry. Proven expertise in system configuration, including setting up workflows, forms, milestones, and mobile integrations in tools like Co-Console. Strong knowledge of completions processes, including construction, commissioning, handover, and issue tracking in energy projects. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to audit systems and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Demonstrated programming experience (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript, or proprietary scripting languages) for customizing software solutions. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects on-site. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management principles. Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Co-Console, SAP, or other enterprise asset management/completions software. Experience with mobile application development, data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or integration with ERP systems. Background in oil and gas operations, particularly in Houston-based energy projects. Strong communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement.
