Joining our North American Marketing organization, this role will be responsible for ensuring the North American SoftwareOne organization is trained and enabled on our One|Sales (CRM) platform. In addition to training and enablement, this position will help to manage data quality in our systems and influence the development of new workflows and initiatives. This role will report to Marketing with cross-functional alignment to Global Marketing Operations and Global Sales Operations, North American Sales Leadership and Data and Analytics teams. This role will be located in our Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI on a hybrid work schedule. Role & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, with the ability to educate sellers, marketers, and other departments within our North American region. Provide training on core and advanced system functionality for end users, maintaining and furthering the knowledge level of staff around the use of the CRM system. Act as the North American internal champion and point person for CRM, with a focus on enabling our users. Create and maintain CRM procedures, training, and processes. Partner and collaborate across multiple business functions to identify needs, optimizations, and best practices. Monitor and measure solution performance and staff adoption by reporting results and recommendations to management. Ensure data consistency and backup, redundancies. Account Mapping, Auditing, and Re-enforcing data quality. Monitoring global communications for bugs, changes, and initiatives being announced from our Global teams. Identify opportunities for growth, enhancing the platform and its integrated systems, and how to work with various stakeholders to make those changes possible. Administer the day-to-day of CRM, including but not limited to, reports and dashboards, managing workflows and marketing activity integrations. Refining existing workflows and influencing strategies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to solve and troubleshoot practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities. Ability to think and act independently, formulate, and support new ideas, and champion new initiatives within and beyond the scope of own responsibilities. Ability to provide direction and motivation and set an example through open communication and modeling best practices. Knowledge of marketing automation and integrations to Dynamics 365. 5 - 8 years of SAAS integrations/enablement experience. What we offer
