FCI Residential is a part of Florida Crystals Corporations real estate division, which focuses on multi-family residential development in urban and in-fill areas. The division currently has approximately 3,300 units in development throughout Florida.
OVERVIEW
This part-time position is responsible for the leasing process from introduction to resident occupancy and maintaining diligent communication throughout the tenancy. The role involves direct interaction with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and deliver high-quality customer service. DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain first-class customer service relationships with prospects and residents. Ensure the leasing office, tour path, model apartment, vacant apartments, amenities, and community curb appeal are impeccable. Take the Sparkle Bucket to spot clean vacant units if necessary to maintain high standards. Sell the communitys features and services to prospects with thorough product knowledge of the property, sister properties, and competitors. Convert phone calls to tours, tours to leases, and internet leads to tours and/or leases. Ensure guest information is complete, entered into the property management software, and follow-up is completed for prospects. Accurately prepare and have thorough knowledge of all lease-related paperwork, including applications, move-in information, renewal letters, lease renewals, move-out requests, and other forms related to leasing and resident relations. Review performance reports weekly, analyze data to determine leasing needs, and make recommendations to the Property Manager. Manage and resolve resident concerns, including maintenance requests, and follow up to ensure quality service. Participate in marketing activities and assist in developing strategies to increase property traffic and internet leads. Engage in outreach marketing when necessary. Plan, organize, and attend resident functions. Create content for social media platforms. Prepare monthly market surveys and maintain knowledge of competitors features; visit properties twice yearly. Assist in placing and updating banners, balloons, bandit signs, A-frame signs, flags, etc. Perform general clerical duties such as managing phones, entering maintenance requests, and ordering supplies. Maintain knowledge of management company and community policies and procedures. Complete required training courses online or in person. Treat every guest with enthusiasm, integrity, and empathy. Work independently, be organized, multi-task, and pay attention to detail. Demonstrate technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and operational focus. Establish credibility with management and team members. Organize and prioritize workload effectively. Travel for property errands or training, with a valid drivers license and insurance. Work longer hours or odd schedules as needed for resident events. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or GED preferred. Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus. Proven sales and closing skills. We are an equal opportunity employer.
