Johnson & Johnson MedTech Deliver is recruiting for a Spring 2026 Business Unit Integration Co-Op, located in Raritan, NJ. The BUI Deliver team interfaces with Regional Segment Deliver, Deliver Operations, and the MedTech Business Units across the end-to-end supply chain. Our focus is on strategy development, value identification, and supply chain process improvements. This co-op role will support various MedTech Deliver initiatives, with prior understanding of supply chain helpful. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: new product launches, continuous improvement, S&OP reviews/governance, network optimization initiatives, cost/benefit analysis, and Deliver process improvement opportunities. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage multiple Deliver projects simultaneously, providing clear action plans, status updates, and presentations to senior leadership. Lead cross-functional teams including Planning, Distribution Operations, and Transportation through strategic decision-making and problem-solving. Proactively take initiative in ambiguous situations, demonstrating resourcefulness and creativity to find innovative solutions. Prioritize multiple tasks effectively to meet critical timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Candidate must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university, pursuing a BA/BS, MA, MBA or PhD in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. Cumulative 3.0 GPA requirement. Outlook Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel Advanced, PowerPoint, Word). Communication should demonstrate transparency of objectives. Knowledge in Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, and Project Management (preferred).

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $23.00/hr to $51.50/hr. The provided pay range is a general guide and may vary based on candidate program year, discipline, degree, and/or experience.
