Base pay range

$115,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr. This range is provided by Confidential Marketing. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more. Are you a passionate marketing professional with deep expertise in digital marketing? In this role, youll focus on building and executing marketing plans that drive top-line growth, with an emphasis on PPC (Google Ads), paid search, retargeting, and other digital marketing tactics. Youll also have the opportunity to shape regional marketing strategies, launch new service lines, and collaborate with passionate leaders across the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop individual marketing plans/strategies for 2 brands:

Craft tailored marketing plans for each brand and its service lines, partnering with the Campaign Development and Digital Marketing teams to drive revenue with a focus on new customer acquisition. Digital marketing expertise:

Serve as the main point of contact for PPC, LSA, retargeting, and other digital marketing tactics; collaborate with the digital marketing agency as needed. Expert in assigned brands:

Be the foremost expert on brand needs, goals, opportunities, and challenges, including the competitive market. Collaboration with General Managers (GM):

Partner with GMs to align on growth initiatives and understand market and brand needs. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Plan, launch, and measure lead generation campaigns across digital, direct mail, TV, radio, sponsorships, and hyper-local marketing. Marketing Generalist:

Translate strategies for operational teams and ensure understanding of program purpose and benefits. Data Analysis:

Monitor performance, provide reports, insights, and actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness. Social and Reputation Management:

Manage social media content calendars and monitor reputation scores across platforms. Budget Management & Planning:

Develop marketing plans and budgets for each brand; monitor results to drive phone calls and web leads; provide regular status updates to GMs. Vendor/Agency Management:

Maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure campaign success. Brand Communication:

Lead regular marketing meetings with brand leaders to ensure alignment and focus on growth initiatives. Team Leadership & Team Player:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy best-in-class marketing programs and drive growth.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus). 3+ years of marketing experience in the home services industry (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, roofing). 5+ years of overall marketing experience with a proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies and partner relationships. Strong understanding of the greater Seattle market and its consumer behaviors, seasonality, and media landscape. In-depth digital marketing experience (PPC, LSA, retargeting), with agency or vendor management experience. Experience with home services, multi-site business, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required. Experience budgeting, results analysis, and planning. Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, supporting multiple sites, and handling change management and integrations of acquired entities; strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience identifying target audiences and creating campaigns that engage and motivate. Experience with marketing systems and software; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or equivalent.
