Sr Strategic Marketing Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Sr Strategic Marketing Manager to join the Myriad Genetics Marketing Team. This Product Marketing Strategy and Launch Excellence leader will own marketing strategy for the Prolaris Cancer Prognostic Test, followed by similar work managing strategy for and launching other products across the Oncology portfolio. This is a senior individual contributor role, responsible for driving the end-to-end commercialization of key Prolaris initiatives - from pre-launch planning through post-launch optimization - and ensuring that Myriad remains a market leader in this space. Key Success Measures On-time, on-budget delivery of multiple high-priority Prolaris launch programs. Measurable improvements in market adoption, revenue growth, and market share linked to launch initiatives. Strong, proactive cross-functional alignment and engagement. Demonstrated ability to set and maintain new benchmarks for launch excellence within the organization. You will have direct responsibility for defining launch strategies, securing cross-functional alignment, managing execution to the highest standard, and delivering measurable business impact. In this role, you will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Oncology Portfolio Marketing and partner closely with cross-functional teams - including sales, product, medical affairs, market access, operations, and RandD - to ensure organizational readiness and commercial success. You will also collaborate with the Marketing Manager - Prolaris, who will contribute brand and market expertise, to ensure all launches remain aligned with ongoing market strategy. While partnership is key, you will operate with autonomy, senior-level accountability, and a mandate to elevate launch excellence beyond current standards. This role is designed for an experienced product marketer or program leader with marketing experience who thrives on owning large-scale initiatives, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and translating strategic objectives into sustained commercial success. Key Responsibilities Strategic Program Ownership
Lead the planning, development, and execution of multiple strategic launch initiatives for the Prolaris product line, with full accountability for timelines, deliverables, budgets, and outcomes. Define and approve launch strategies, KPIs, and post-launch measurement frameworks to ensure tangible business impact. Proactively identify growth opportunities, competitive threats, and market trends, and translate these into actionable strategic plans. Provide executive-level updates on launch readiness, market conditions, and performance metrics.
