Marketing Manager
Location: Fayetteville/Rogers, AR. Reports to: Director of Marketing. Walton Arts Center and Walmart AMP are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Marketing Manager to join our Communications team. This role supports ticket sales and brand visibility through the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about arts and entertainment and experienced in digital and traditional marketing, audience development, and media planning. Responsibilities
Lead campaign development for concerts, shows, and seasonal events Manage media buys, budgets, timelines, and creative production Develop marketing plans using digital, print, broadcast, OOH, and social Write ad copy and coordinate content creation with social and design teams Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly Build partnerships and local promotions to drive ticket sales Collaborate across departments to support institutional goals Represent WAC/AMP at events and activations Qualifications
35 years marketing experience; BA in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred Proven success in digital campaigns, social media, and traditional advertising Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CRM tools Bonus: experience with ticketing systems (Tessitura, Ticketmaster) and Adobe Creative Suite Must be able to work some nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Join Us?
