Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles Maintain a clean and organized store environment Adhere to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback Promote credit and loyalty programs Process merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures Participate in store recovery, safety awareness, and maintaining safety standards Support store shrink reduction goals and programs Other duties as assigned Who Were Looking For
Possesses excellent customer service skills Flexible schedule to support business needs Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Capable of multi-tasking Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation Works effectively with peers and supervisors Retail customer experience preferred Location and Compensation
