Sales Account Executive
to help fuel our explosive growth. Youll be at the forefront of transforming how businesses protect their peopleintroducing cutting-edge safety technology thats reshaping the industry.
As an AE, you wont just sell softwareyoull be solving real problems for real people. Youll own the entire sales cycle, build relationships with safety-conscious organizations, and show them how our solutions can save time, reduce risk, and ultimately save lives. Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the entire sales process from initial contact to contract execution. Pipeline Development: Prospect and qualify leads through outbound efforts and inbound interest. Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs, pain points, and goals to position Safety Pluss solutions effectively. Demonstrations & Presentations: Conduct engaging product demos tailored to the prospects needs. Negotiation & Closing: Manage contract negotiations and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, opportunities, and forecasts in Salesforce. Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving customer needs. Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
Experience : 35 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or a tech-enabled service industry. Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through consultative selling techniques. Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems like Salesforce and other sales tools. Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. Self-Starter: Highly motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Customer Focused: A genuine interest in understanding customer needs and delivering value. Team Player: Collaborative approach with the ability to work across teams to achieve shared goals.
