Contract Responsibilities
Day to day development activities, focusing on custom development tasks on the Salesforce.com platform using Apex and Visual Force. Create, develop, and support SFDC custom solutions and integrations end-to-end. Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Identify and recommend Salesforce.com based solutions, integration points, and architecture for scalability and performance. Support the Senior Solution Architect on initiatives. Maintain Salesforce Dev Certification. Experience working with offshore teams. Qualifications
7-10 years of programming/systems analysis experience, with 3-5 years in applications and systems engineering development, databases, and middleware technologies. 5+ years of Salesforce platform configuration experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Cloud), with both declarative and programmatic configuration. 5+ years of experience in development, client interaction, vendor coordination, UAT, and release management. Experience designing and building cloud apps. Deep knowledge (4+ years) of Salesforce products across all SDLC phases. Understanding of SaaS data models, web services, and connected architectures. Knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits and Code Coverage. Experience with AppExchange development and packaging. Proficiency with Salesforce developer toolkit: Apex, Visualforce, Controllers, Triggers, IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services. Understanding of system and data integration architecture, relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle). Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce solutions and integrations. Practical experience with ETL tools and data integration products (Informatica, Dell Boomi, etc.). Strong communication, troubleshooting, organizational skills, and ability to work independently. Ability to apply best practices and SDLC concepts across functional areas. Additional Information
