Overview

The Early Buyout Opportunity (EBO) team plays a vital role at Lakeview by identifying and executing GNMA buyout opportunities, financing execution, defect curing, and ultimate agency repooling to GNMA.

The EBO Analyst

will be a key contributor, playing a central role in buyout and financing execution. This individual will lead buyout processing and warehouse lender financing, while also supporting data reconciliation and agency redelivery. They will interface with subservicing, custodian, and financing partners.

The EBO Analyst

must possess superior organization, communication skills, a strong desire to learn, and a demonstrated tech-forward, proactive mindset. The analysts will participate in data and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. This fully remote role offers a competitive salary range of $78,000 to $89,000, an annual bonus, medical benefits starting on day one, and a company-matched 401(k). Responsibilities

Develop an in-depth understanding of Lakeviews early buyout program, including but not limited to buyout strategy, warehouse financing, agency redelivery and pooling, whole loan transactions, and structured financial products Identify financing opportunities in accordance with warehouse lender deal parameters and portfolio best execution Manage deal oversight, ensuring timely and accurate execution Coordinate with internal and external partners to resolve defects, maintaining compliance with post-funding exception management timelines Retrieve, reconcile, and analyze data and documents to facilitate due diligence associated with financing, loan sale, funding, agency repooling, or securitizations Review and evaluate data tapes to resolve data exceptions and address research inquiries Develop knowledge of compliance requirements, agency guidelines, financial structures, and custodial agreements Prepares and distributes reporting as necessary Ensure policies and procedures are accurately documented and maintained Contribute to identifying automation opportunities and process improvements Effective communication with the ability to lead initiatives and projects externally and upwards to management Other duties as assigned by leadership Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field 2-5 years of relevant experience in any of the following areas: operations (warehouse, investor reporting, treasury), fund accounting, finance, closing, post-closing, mortgage servicing, or secondary marketing Additional work experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with SQL, CAS, Microsoft Access, or any other programming language is a plus Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize competing tasks Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external partners Demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and reliability Comfortable working with large data sets; experience analyzing and reconciling deal-level data The ideal candidate will have an understanding of financing transactions and servicing data Lakeview is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
