We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Consulting End-Point Engineer, Principal to join our Tech Services team. This role provides expert-level support for IT infrastructure and business support systems. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field, with strong knowledge of Windows Server OS, XenApp, XenDesktop, StoreFront, NetScaler, Active Directory, Citrix Group Policies, and Citrix MCS. Minimum Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 7 years of relevant business experience if no Bachelors degree
Minimum Experience
Minimum 3 years relevant experience (minimum 7 years if no Bachelors degree) Familiarity with Cloverleaf Integration/Interface Engine Suite, FHIR Bridge, API Gateway, Cerner FSI OpenEngine, OpenView, Ignite API, FHIR, HL7, SQL, Linux OS, Nutanix, HA Cluster environment, HL7Spy, MobaXterm, and Progress MOVEit SFTP Experience developing and maintaining HL7 interfaces in the Rhapsody interface engine is REQUIRED. Ability to support USC Arcadia Hospital environment with over 100 interfaces including monitoring, maintenance, and error handling.
Accountabilities
Customer Service: handle questions and complaints, communicate professionally, and manage tickets in IS. Performance Improvement/Transformation/Innovation: participate in performance improvement activities, pursue business transformation, and act as a subject matter expert for department functions in implementing systems. Solution Design and Development: analyze requirements and design solutions, define scope and objectives, and propose effective solutions. Technical Skills and Industry Knowledge: work independently on complex system activities, maintain up-to-date knowledge, and follow ITIL practices. Stay informed on industry best practices and evolving technologies. Team Work and Project Management: assist in establishing project goals and milestones, manage own work across projects, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Reports & Analytics: generate standard and ad hoc reports and assist in developing custom reports. Training: assist with training new staff and coordinate training for new systems rollout.
