Youll be the person responsible for making sure our animation studio's creative output lands effectively across digital platforms. Youll help shape and deliver a wide range of content from trailers to behind-the-scenes footage into smart, engaging formats tailored to each platform. If youve worked in social publishing or content delivery before, youll feel right at home. You'll closely collaborate with both our creative and community teams, gaining firsthand experience in a dynamic media startup environment. This is a great fit for someone with a hands-on background managing social publishing pipelines at a gaming studio, YouTube-native media company, or even running your own creator channel. Experience
Experience with digital content production workflows (YouTube, TikTok, etc.). Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar). Familiarity with content specifications and best practices for digital platforms. Attention to detailcomfortable performing technical quality checks and revisions. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment. Interest in digital storytelling, animation, games, or online communities is a plus. Real eye for thumbnails, strong instincts for virality. Comfortable being embedded in creator workflows youll often be handed raw or semi-complete assets and asked to get them across the finish line. Fluency in writing platform-native copy (titles, thumbnails, captions, tags) is a big plus. Bonus if youve managed a YouTube, TikTok, or similar channel yourself or for a brand/studio.
