SharePoint Developer/Power Platform Specialist

Our Energy and Utilities client is looking for a SharePoint Developer. This role will sit hybrid, rotating 1 week onsite, 1 week remote. High Level Project Overview: The role of a Senior SharePoint Developer and Power Platform specialist is integral within any organization that relies on Microsoft technologies for business solutions. These experts are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint applications and leveraging Power Platform tools to create robust, scalable, and efficient workflows. Technical Skills and Experience: SharePoint Development: Proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019: Must have a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and development techniques. Experience with SharePoint Framework SPFx: Expertise in building client-side web parts, extensions, and other custom solutions using SPFx. Knowledge of SharePoint Designer and InfoPath: Ability to design workflows and forms that streamline business processes. Strong understanding of SharePoint APIs: Familiarity with REST APIs, CSOM, JSOM, and SOAP services for effective integration. Experience with PowerShell: Ability to automate administrative tasks and manage SharePoint environments using PowerShell scripts. Database Management: Understanding of SQL Server and its integration with SharePoint. Power Platform Expertise: Experience with PowerApps: Ability to create custom apps that solve specific business needs. Proficiency in Power Automate: Expertise in designing and implementing automated workflows. Knowledge of Power BI: Ability to develop interactive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights. Familiarity with Dataverse: Understanding of the Common Data Service CDS for secure data storage and management. What soft skill requirements do you have team fit and personality requirements? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams including multi-disciplinary teams. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $52.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
