We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workday System Administrator to support and optimize our Workday platform across Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials, Integrations, Reporting, and Security. This role is key to ensuring the system runs smoothly, supports evolving business needs, and provides a seamless user experience for our employees and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary administrator for the Workday system across HCM and Financials. Configure, maintain, and monitor Workday integrations with internal and external systems. Support Workday security administration including role assignments, audit compliance, and access management. Develop, test, and maintain custom and standard Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields. Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and business teams to troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, and implement solutions. Manage system upgrades, releases, and regression testing to ensure functionality and stability. Maintain system documentation, configuration logs, and business process workflows. Provide end-user support, training, and guidance to maximize adoption and effective system usage. Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive Workday enhancements and best practices. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of Workday administration or configuration experience Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Financials, Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio), Reporting, and Security. Strong understanding of Workday business processes, data structures, and workflows. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills
