Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from conception to execution. Liaise with clients to understand their event goals and requirements. Develop event concepts and themes that align with client objectives. Manage event budgets and ensure financial accountability for all expenditures. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in event planning and coordination. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in event management software and basic graphic design tools. Benefits
