This role is pivotal in managing and maintaining the organization's EDI functions, translating business needs into technical solutions, and driving continuous improvement across systems and processes. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator and problem solver with a strong background in JD Edwards implementations and EDI technologies. Key Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Onboard new trading partners and expand services to existing ones Document specifications, build and test systems using appropriate tools Train users and provide ongoing technical support throughout the system lifecycle Analyze systems for accuracy and efficiency; suggest improvements Participate in ERP rollout projects and agile team meetings Create user documentation and process flow diagrams Review business processes and recommend enhancements for transparency and efficiency Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of business and consultative experience, focusing on JD Edwards EDI implementations Minimum 5 years of experience leading business programs and analysis Strong understanding of EDI formats/signals (X12, EDIFACT) and transaction sets (810, 850, 855, 856, 860, 870, 940, 945) Experience with staging tables and day-to-day EDI support Familiarity with EDI platforms/VANs like SPS or CLEO Working knowledge of SQL/PLSQL Preferred Skills: Agile product ownership experience Experience in creating business and process flow diagrams Familiarity with statutory reporting and EDI compliance requirements Strong customer service orientation and team collaboration skills Competencies/Skills: Proven ability to deliver analytical reviews and adapt to new technologies Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Experience in training, performance analysis, vendor negotiations, and contracts Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience Required At RectorSeal, our employees enjoy the following benefits to support their physical, financial, and emotional wellness.
