Bullard is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to strengthen go-to-market impact by empowering our distributors and sales team. Youll bridge product strategy and the field, promote channel partner programs, leverage marketing from channel partners, and create sales tools to drive measurable growth. The role translates company goals into channel and sales enablement, identifying priorities, developing tools and content, and ensuring campaigns equip partners and sales teams. Base pay and compensation

Base pay range: $115,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus What Youll Do (Responsibilities)

Connect day-to-day sales enablement activities with long-term strategic initiatives. Partner with Sales and Product Management to design channel partner marketing programs and content that convert and drive partner engagement. Partner with Brand Marketing to develop and execute product launch campaigns. Create product detail information and training content for sales teams and channel partners. Collaborate with regional sales managers to align partner marketing with territory priorities. Create and maintain field-ready assets (presentations, product sales sheets/brochures, training guides/videos, technical documents). Launch toolkits to help partners tell Bullards product story with confidence and consistency. Coordinate partner training materials for new product launches and campaigns. Product-Specific Literature and Marketing Materials

Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Service to keep content accurate and field-ready. Campaigns & Execution

Plan and deliver partner-facing communications across email, digital, and events. Lead coordination of partner portal content and ensure resources are updated and accessible. Ensure channel partners adopt and activate Bullard campaigns and creative. Measurement & Optimization

Monitor partner program performance, content utilization, and ROI on co-marketing initiatives with Product Management. Report on KPIs such as partner participation, opportunity influence, and revenue impact. Continuously refine content, tools, and programs based on feedback and results. Growth in sales pipeline and revenue. Increased adoption of Bullard marketing tools and campaigns. Stronger partner engagement (training participation and program participation). Faster partner enablement for new product launches. What You Bring

6-10 years in marketing, with at least 3 years of management experience, including channel, partner, or field marketing experience. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Experience analyzing partner performance data, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable go-to-market strategies. Strong background in performance management, including setting clear goals, coaching teams or partners, and holding stakeholders accountable for execution and outcomes. Proven success connecting brand objectives with tactical channel programs that drive measurable sales impact. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate product features into jobsite-tough benefits. Project management skills to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines. Understanding of distributor networks and how to market through indirect sales channels. Hands-on experience with CRM and digital platforms. Collaborative mindset for working across Sales, Product, and external partners. Nice to Have

Experience in safety, PPE, firefighting, or industrial products. Product launch execution experience. Basic design skills (Adobe/Canva) to adapt collateral quickly. How We Work

Location: On-site collaboration in Lexington and Cynthiana with some flexibility for remote work. Travel: ~10% for partner visits, events, ride-alongs, and content capture. Team: Collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Service. Our Commitment to Safety
