This is an onsite position in Arlington, VA.
Salary: $85k per year
The contractor will be responsible for providing system administration functions for the DEA, including:
Coordinating with sections within and outside of FS to document system/automation requirements and needs.
Preparing written training guides for developed systems and recording video tutorials/demonstrations as needed.
Assisting the Section Chief with IT and system-related goals, such as analyzing current business processes and identifying automation opportunities.
Collaborating with developers to formulate system designs, workflows, and interface requirements.
Performing system testing, documenting test scripts, pass/fail results, and working directly with developers or other areas as needed.
Conducting regression testing with similar steps as above.
Travel may be required to review system functions for other offices or agencies and to develop systems with similar functionalities to meet FS needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including PowerApps, Lists, PowerAutomate, Forms, and SharePoint 365 is required.
